Becky Eldredge

Becky Eldredge is an Ignatian-trained spiritual director and retreat facilitator. She is the author of Busy Lives & Restless Souls and The Inner Chapel: Embracing the Promises of God. Becky leads a ministry that offers spiritual direction, resources, virtual and in-person retreats that are rooted in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. She holds an M.P.S. from Loyola University in New Orleans, M.Ed. from Louisiana State University, and a certificate in Spiritual Direction from Spring Hill College.
