Future Skills for Future Leaders

Even before the pandemic, there was a growing sense among youth ministers that things were changing. Things that worked in the past didn’t seem to be working now and the future seemed beyond the horizon. Emerging into a new time, a new approach and new skills are required. This workshop will provide reflections on the path forward and the skills needed for the future.

Robert Feduccia Jr. was the founding director of a national Youth Liturgical Leadership Program and the former general manager for OCP's Spirit & Song. Through his work as a parish youth minister, keynote speaker, and retreat leader, he has invited people into a relationship with the Lord and the Church. Robert is now the Vice President of Equipping the Saints, a division of Declan Weir Productions.
