Paulette has served in faith formation ministry for 35 years. She earned her BA in Theology from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa, and her MA in Systematic Theology from the University of Notre Dame. While in parish ministry, Paulette has also served as consultant for diocesan initiatives, publishers, and an ecumenical resource center; has written curriculum, provided training and mentorship for ministry leaders, and taught college courses. She and her husband, Tom Chapman, have three children.
