Drawing on the wisdom of Sacred Scripture, the witness of the Saints and many years of personal experience in parish ministry, Fr. Josh Johnson will accompany teens in their relationship with Jesus Christ through a session on how they can respond to sins of racism as disciples of Christ in their walk toward eternity.
While Fr. Josh Johnson was raised Catholic, he didn't like the Church growing up. One day, during adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, he fell in love with Jesus and received the call to become a priest. Now, Fr. Josh is the Director of Vocations for the Diocese of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Fr. Josh is the author of, "Broken and Blessed: An Invitation to My Generation: A Pocket Guide to Adoration," and "A Pocket Guide to the Sacrament of Reconciliation." He is also a contributing author of, "Black Catholics on the Road to Sainthood." You can keep in touch with Fr. Josh through his weekly Ascension Press podcast, "Ask Fr. Josh."
